Paginanummering in de rechterbovenhoek met potlood aangebacht. Tussen no. 32 en no. 80 ontbreekt deze echter. Daarnaast is een folionummering met inkt aangebracht, waarschijnlijk door de oorspronkelijke samensteller van het manuscript. In het handschrift: Carel en Willem Balmer.
