Dit lied bestaat uit drie delen. De eerste twee delen (v1-5 en v6-10: strofeschema 2) gaan op dezelfde melodie 'Ave pulcherrima regina'; het derde deel (v11-21: strofeschema 3) gaat op de melodie 'Mira res'. Dat het hier om één lied gaat en niet, zoals in HsBeSPK mgo190 040 en 041, om twee liederen blijkt uit de opmaak. Eerst worden beide melodieën na elkaar genoteerd, vervolgens volgt de tweede strofe. Toeschrijving auteur o.g.v: Thomae Hemerken a Kempis, Canonici Regularis Ordinis S. Augustini: Opera Omnia. Deel 4, M.J. Pohl, Friburgi Brisigavorum, Sumptibus Herder, 1918, nrXXXVI, 324. Verschillende liederen in dit handschrift worden door Pohl aan Kempis toegeschreven. Deze toeschrijvingen zijn echter zeer onzeker en de gronden waarop de toeschrijving geschiedde duister.
