Onder het lied: “Op hoop / van koop”. Het lijkt onwaarschijnlijk dat “Cloris in sich selven” een wijsaanduiding is, alhoewel de typografie dat wel suggereert. Logischer is een regieaanwijzing; boven strofe 2 staat: “tot sijn beminde”. M.a.w.: Cloris zingt eerst in zichzelf en daarna tot zijn beminde.
